Refund policy

We don’t take any refunds except when the ordered items didn’t match your bill or the items were delivered damaged inside a 14 days time window after successful delivery. When the items didn’t deliver you are also eligible to request a refund. Faking these exceptions may result in disabling access to the shop or legal processes.

Note to EU users: Citizens in the European Union are able to have refunds inside a 14 days time window without any reason.
